Prince Hall Conference of Grand Masters Inc., Prince Hall Affiliated Masons

The Prince Hall Conference of Grand Masters comprises 47 Grand Lodges with about 3,000 lodges in about 80 countries, states, and provinces, and about 160,000 members in 2008.

42 of the PHA Grand Lodges are based in the US, 2 in Canada, and one each in Liberia, the Caribbean, and the Bahamas. Over 50% of the PHA members belong to the following 11 PHA Grand Lodges, which, as at August, 2008, remain entirely unrecognized by any US CGMNA GLs:
